The hotel is in a prime location in the heart of Boston, right across from the garden. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a modern system and a portable AC unit. The service was exceptional, as they did a great job accommodating our requests. The dining experience was delicious, with all the usual continental offerings plus warm biscuits. However, the facilities could be more varied, and some additional amenities would enhance the stay.
